Chris Ropeta, Dean Haase, Greg Carnes get sworn in as board trustees/supervisor of Tyrone Township.
On the day he was sworn in, Greg emailed the PC members. The township board hadn’t even held the first board meeting so the board was unaware of the questionnaire. PC board members are appointed and did not need to answer this, however this was Greg's first step to intimidate the PC.
The new boards first meeting - Chris Ropeta gets appointed as Ex-Officio for Planning Commission. Dean tries to indirectly bring up the Planning Commission members discussion.
Chris Ropeta writes and emails Dean the "PC Letter and legal reference" where Dean replies: "The letter looks great and I agree the bylaws support us".

Tyrone Township Board Members meet - Greg Carnes tries to explain himself and admitting he told those who received the letter to destroy it; all while stating the infamous you're wrong, you're wrong, you're wrong...because you dont know me" - gets another huge backlash of angry residents during public comment - Board votes to censure Greg Carnes, Chris Ropeta, and Dean Haase. It was also discussed to remove Chris Ropeta from the Planning Commission but to put it on the agenda of a later board meeting.
Curcio Law sends/creates letter to Tyrone Township board threatening litigation
Nick Curcio from Curcio Law Firm attends and presents at Tyrone Township Board meeting. Board still charges Chris Ropeta with malfeasance and nonfeasance.
Censured Trustee Chris Ropeta files with Livingston County 44th Circuit Court for superintending control.
